Ksport Big Brake Kits are among the best when it comes to stopping-power needed for your vehicle. A new brake technology has been devised and used in the manufacture of Ksport Big Brake Kits to give highly reduced brake fade and continuous cooling to the brake pads surface under braking conditions. The entire design of these brake kits facilitates easy installation without the use of very complex tools.

The caliper used in these kits is extremely lightweight (just over 5lbs) and is available in differential bore configuration. The features include, aircraft-quality billet machined, machined-in protection grooves for the bridge tubes, aluminum pistons, high temperature seals, stainless steel brake pad wear plates, and the use of opposed piston caliper to improve the pad wear and caliper rigidity over the OEM design.

The use of 2-piece floating disc assembly in most applications reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. It also stops thermal stresses on the application due to extreme heat from warping the disc or cupping the braking surface. The rotor is given a unique slot design, which helps in reducing braking noise and expelling gas and pad debris faster than conventional slot designs. Moreover, the rotor is always heat-treated and balanced before shipment in order to derive the best possible performance for all the vehicles.
