FAQ

When will my credit card be charged? We will pre-authorize but not charge any amount to your credit card until the order is staged for shipping or if it is a special order.

How come the price on the product(s) had changed? Certain manufacture at times will increase their prices on their products so therefore our sale price may change without notice. We are all human being! So if the listed selling price was a mistake we will try our best to honor or offer you the best price we can offer. But at the end ERZ Industries will have to right to reject the order.

How come my order was rejected or cancel? Most common reasons are either you had requested item to be ship to another address other then the billing address of the credit card. Or credit card does not have enough fund!

When will my item be shipped?  Most item will ship after 3-5 days after item is ordered. We can only ship item to the billing address of the payment you will choose from. We DO NOT ship any product over the weekend. So if any order that is place over the weekend, regardless it is 3 day select, 2 day select, or next day air shipping, it will not be process until the following Monday with the exceptions of holiday. If any case item is inback order we will contact you by email or phone if you wish to stay in backorder or you can cancel your order. We ship all item UPS Ground required signature to received the package. We ship all item with insurance in anycase if item is damage during shipping you can call 1800-pick-UPS and file a claim we will ship you a new item once approved by UPS please contact us first.

Damage item? Please inspect all hoods body kit for damage before signing for item. Once the package was signed and released the driver, we cannot file and claim for damage! We do not offer refund due to damage during shipping. If the claim is approve by the shipping company, replacement will be send to you at no cost. 

Return or exchange? ERZ industries LLC don't allow return or exchange, seller and buyer agree that all sale are Final. Exchange is only offer if we shipped you the incorrect part and buyer needs to contact us 4 days after they recieved product after no exchange will be accepted  (no refund or return on all Hood or body kit parts, Coilovers, Turbo kits, Exhaust, electronic parts, like turbo timers, boost controller, or guages.) Shipping charge can never be refunded. If you believe there is a fitment issue on the item, you must provide prove by a professional mechanic with signature before we can accept your return. The item MUST be in its original conditions and CANNOT be modify in anyway.

How soon can my order be cancel and how soon will I receive my refund? When you place the order on our website your credit card will be pre-autherize for the total of the purchase. That amount will be termporary withdraw from your account and await for us to charge it when the order is ready to be ship. If any time we cannot fufill the order, we will cancel that autehrization and it can take up to 24hrs to 48hrs to completely get reverse back to your account. Any type of refund will also require up to 24hrs to 48hrs to be completed!

How come I did not receive any information about my order to my email? Most common reasons are either you created your account AFTER you had made your purchase. Or the emails could be located at your email SPAM folder!
