Subaru Tein H Tech Lowering Spring comes from the famous Japanese Tein stable. Known for their high-grade manufacturing material and top-notch quality and performance, Tein H Tech Lowering Spring features rubber spring protector tube to dampen noise level. Offering between 1.0 to 1.9 inch drop, the Tein H Tech Lowering Spring strikes a perfect balance between aggressive styling and comfortable ride experience. The double coating of zinc phosphate and gold-powder paint makes Tein H Tech Lowering Spring rustproof and durable. Vanadium (SAE9254V), a new strong and lightweight material, is used in the manufacture of Tein H Tech Lowering Spring, which helps retain more spring stroke for optimal quality. Tein H Tech Lowering Spring also features 4 springs - 2 for the front and 2 for the rear, and a 1-year limited warranty. Tein uses a special multi-step process in the manufacture of springs:

1. Cold-coiling to create the spring
2. Low-temperature tempering treatment to eliminate residual stress
3. End-face grinding according to the form of each car application
4. Double-shot peening to the spring surface to increase spring life
5. Setting at elevated temperature to minimize loss of spring load
6. Powder coating to prevent rust
