CNT Racing catback exhaust for 2013-2017 Ford Focus ST
First wanted to start off by saying the way they package this product for shipping could be much better. I'm sure it's one of the reason they can sell it for less. Everything is wrapped in bubble wrap, but that's about it. Everything moves around quite a bit in the box it comes in.
I've had it installed for about 2 weeks (had a muffler shop do it for $95). Everything fit well, except for the first resonator that attaches to the down pipe was bent slightly, so when I went to go put the center cross par back on it can't be screwed back in, since the pipe hangs down to low. I also had the Cobb hangers put in at the same time (highly recommend). All 4 hangers were able to be utilized on 2015 Focus ST. It took a little while to get the tips where I wanted them. Not sure if everyone has the same problem, but it seems to me one of the tips is slightly higher than the other. Like I said a lot can happen in the box while being shipped.
As for the build quality and sound of exhaust, it's great! For the price it's hard to beat. No drone at 78 on the hwy. You will here it kick in a little when going up hill, but kinda like the sound. I would purchase again, but probably would look at it closer before getting installed to make sure everything was lined up properly after shipping.
The exhaust fit great. came when they said it would. And you can't beat the price. If you want a real loud rice Burner Exhaust this isn't it. Fairly quiet when you're just cruising around through town as a nice little growl when you get on it up over 4000 RPM. Best of all that is true 304 stainless steel (non-magnetic) so it won't rust even the clamps or stainless only thing that's not are the bolts.
